Track Your Order
Use Track Order to check the current status of your order. You will need your order number and the billing email you used at checkout.
Logged-in customers can also see their orders in My Account. If tracking details are available for your shipment, they are shared by email or message.
Delivery Terms
These terms are carried over unchanged from our current Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at least once.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be scheduled. Additional delivery attempts may attract extra charges.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct.
Delayed delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:

SD Gallery is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist customers wherever possible.
Receiving your order
At the time of delivery, please check the package before accepting. If the package appears damaged, inform the delivery person immediately. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

SD Gallery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details while placing the order.

SD Gallery reserves the right to modify shipping timelines or charges and to update this policy without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page.
Governing law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
