Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong product different from what you ordered
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
❌ Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations (due to screen or lighting differences)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased on clearance or special offers (if mentioned)
Return Process
- Contact us at sdgallery74887488@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share order ID, product images, and a brief description of the issue
- Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Replacement
If you prefer, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged During Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
- If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos/videos
